Everyone has unique talents, gifts and knowledge they bring to new work environments. This workshop can help you identify the essential skills employers look for in new hires. It will also assist with identifying which of those you are confident in and which you may need to work on.
The Skills and Abilities workshop will show you that you know more than you think!
In this workshop you will:
- Learn the difference between Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Other Attributes (SKAO’s)
- Recognize what your own SKAOs are and build a skills inventory
- Understand what transferable skills are and their value across different jobs
