REES Workplace Culture Workshop

Every workplace has its’ own identity and individual culture. We spend many hours at work and research has shown that employee happiness and satisfaction is linked to positive and strong workplace culture.
In this workshop you will:
1. Understand more about what workplace culture looks like in Manitoba.
2. Improve understanding about the importance of recognizing workplace culture
3. Identify what is acceptable and what is not acceptable behavior in a workplace
