1. Learn about resume styles and how to write an effective, targeted resume and cover letter
2. Know and understand what needs to be in a cover letter and resume for every job you apply for
3. Understand the importance of reading job postings thoroughly
4. How to show that you have the skills and qualifications that is being asked for in the job posting
5. Having the right mindset with a positive outlook and attitude
