Penny Will, REES Executive Director



Prior to joining REES, Penny provided Career Transition and Career Management consulting services with LHH Knightsbridge. Her experience includes senior Human Resource positions in a federal crown corporation and federal government departments, as well as Executive Director in the non-profit sector. She also has a strong recruiting background and is certified to provide Birkman personality assessment feedback that assists in facilitating effective career transitions.

An experienced facilitator and consultant, Penny focuses on assisting individuals maximize their potential and move forward successfully. She excels in helping individuals identify their skills and accomplishments, build effective action plans, make sound decisions, build network relationships and negotiate the best possible outcome with prospective employers.

Her background includes working closely with organizations in a variety of sectors including financial, insurance, manufacturing, natural resources, construction, retail, communications, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and not-for-profit.

Penny was also Executive Director of Employment Projects of Winnipeg from 2007-2013. The organization assisted thousands of immigrants with employment counselling, job search assistance, communication and computer courses which enabled them to successfully compete in the Canadian labour market.

Penny is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with an Honours degree. She is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba and is certified in the Birkman Assessment.
